The Vine is a welcoming environment for working, playing, eating, and drinking helmed by Chef Laurent Tourondel. Its interconnected rooms feature an eclectic collection of objects and furniture sourced by We Came in Peace, as well as an impressive contemporary art collection curated by Kyle Dewoody.

For Breakfast, The Vine features an American-style menu; with favorites like the Avocado Toast and the Country-Style Buttermilk Pancakes. We offer freshly squeezed orange and grapefruit juices, coffee and espresso from La Colombe, and an assortment of pressed juices from Pure Green.

For Lunch and Dinner, the menu is a creative take on new world American-cuisine. The menu features locally sourced, vegetable-centric options of all sizes, in addition to the more classic take on the Burger and Hanger Steak entrees. Specials change weekly and the menu with the seasons.

The cocktail bar, curated by Percy Rodriguez, seeks to elevate seasonal classics through new artisanal spirits, liqueurs, and house-made infusions. The draft beer program is a selection of craft beers from highly sought after breweries from all over the US. The wines are meant to compliment Chef LT’s dynamic menu, with a focus on local wines in addition to Old World growers from France, Austria, and Germany.
